Joe Phillips

Mr. Phillips is a senior mining executive with experience directing mining and manufacturing operations around the world, from North and South America to Africa and Asia since 1973. He is fluent
in English and Spanish and brings extensive experience in a variety of cultural environments to his responsibilities overseeing Pan American’s operations and development in Mexico. Mr. Phillips obtained his BSc in Geological Engineering in 1973 from the Colorado School of Mines where he was named the Outstanding Graduate in Engineering Geology. Complementing his expertise are his graduate studies in Business Management at the University of South Florida.
