Michael Steinmann
Senior Vice-President, Geology & Exploration
Mr. Steinmann joined Pan American Silver in May of 2004 after six years with Glencore in Peru. He has extensive experience managing the geological function of a wide range of base and precious metal |
mines, with particular emphasis on South American deposits. He has also evaluated mines and projects throughout South and Central America, Europe and Asia. Mr. Steinmann holds a Ph.D in Geology from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology and an M.Sc in Geology from the University of Zurich.
