Mr. Vincent joined Pan American as Controller in April, 2004. He has over 19 years of experience in the mining industry and has extensive experience in SEC, internal audit, financial reporting and accounting |
| systems. Mr. Vincent was formerly the Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for Coeur d’Alene Mines Corporation for 7 years. Mr. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Idaho and is currently a licensed CPA. |
