Pan American Silver Completes $9 Million Equity Financing
Pan American Silver Corp. (TSE: PAA; NASDAQ: PAAS) announces the closing of its offering of 3 million shares at a price of $3 per share. The agent on the offering was National Bank Financial Inc. Pan American will use the net proceeds of approximately $8.8 million for working capital and general corporate purposes.
