Responsibilities

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Warehouse Coordinator will have the following responsibilities:
• Supervising warehouse clerks and ensuring that they are completing all their day-to-day tasks
• Inventory control activities including but not limited to cycle counts; inventory orders; managing min/max levels
• Expediting Orders
• Creating Pos for inventory and repairs
• Clerical duties including filing
• Maintain organization and housekeeping

Qualifications

• Several years of warehousing/purchasing experience
• Knowledge of inventory management, mine materials, equipment, and maintenance parts is essential
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent organization skills, detail oriented and resourceful
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and achieve deadlines
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules
• Excellent computer skills:
o previous ERP Software Experience (knowledge of Oracle would be an asset)
o Experience with Microsoft Office (word, excel)
• Be committed to safety
