Mr. Mastropietro joined Pan American Silver in 2010, while completing his undergraduate degree at the University of British Columbia, and was promoted to Vice President, Finance and Treasury in 2022. Mr. Mastropietro has an MBA also from the University of British Columbia and is a Chartered Financial Analyst with over 10 years of professional experience in the areas of treasury management, financial analysis, valuations and business development, insurance, commercial management, risk management, operations reporting, planning and budgeting. Mr. Mastropietro is a dual Canadian / Argentine citizen and is fluent in Spanish and English.
