Based in Vancouver, B.C. and reporting to the VP, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, Pan American is seeking a high-performing individual to join the investor relations team and contribute to enhancing Pan American’s strong presence in the capital markets. This is a full-time role working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


Major Responsibilities

•Ongoing analysis of analyst valuations and estimates, and preparation of consensus estimates summary.
•Assist in the preparation of investor presentations and marketing materials for events e.g., conferences, investor days, analyst site visits, etc.
• Actively contribute to the development of materials for quarterly and annual financial reporting, including conference call slides, scripts, key messages, and Q&As.
•Facilitate the preparation and dissemination of news releases.
•Liaise with sell-side analysts and buy-side investors.
•Respond to retail investor inquiries.
•Provide summary and insight into equity research reports on the company, competitors, and the industry.
• Manage key supplier relationships and external vendors.
• Monitor the stock price and market developments and update management, as required.
• Support preparation of materials for reporting to the Board of Directors.
•Monitor the corporate website to ensure it is up-to-date and accurate, making updates through the content management system.

Qualifications and Skill Requirements

  • A post-secondary degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CPA or CFA designation will be an asset.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in a finance-related field.
  • Experience with financial modelling (Microsoft Excel) and basic understanding of capital markets.

Salary Range

$70k-$85k
