Pan American Silver Completa la Adquisición de Yamana Gold

El 31 de marzo de 2023, Pan American Silver completó la adquisición previamente anunciada de todas las acciones ordinarias emitidas y en circulación de Yamana Gold Inc. luego de la venta por parte de Yamana de sus activos canadienses, incluidas ciertas subsidiarias y sociedades en los que Yamana posee intereses, como la Mina canadiense Malartic, a Agnico Eagle Mines Limited. Una Transacción Transformacional y Estratégica

• Se espera un aumento significativo en la producción de plata y oro y mejores márgenes operativos.
