La Bolsa is an exploration stage silver-gold property located in Sonora, Mexico.

Pan American acquired the property in 2012 through the acquisition of Minefinders Corporation Ltd. Silver and gold mineralization is present as epithermal disseminated iron oxides, veins, and stockworks.

The property is not considered material to Pan American Silver.

Project Update

The La Bolsa project is on care and maintenance and the Company is currently not carrying out any activities on the property. Pan American continues to fulfil all its legal obligations to maintain the project’s legal title in good standing.

Mineral reserve estimates are based on a number of assumptions that include metallurgical, taxation and economic parameters. Increasing costs or increasing taxation could have a negative impact on the estimation of mineral reserves. There are currently no known factors that may have a material negative impact on the estimate of mineral reserves or mineral resources at La Bolsa.
