Pico Machay Project
Pico Machay is an exploration stage gold property located in Huancavelica, Peru.

Pan American acquired the property in 2010 through the acquisition of Aquiline Resources Inc. Gold mineralization is present as high sulphidation epithermal disseminations and veins.
The property is not considered material to Pan American Silver.
The Pico Machay project is on care and maintenance and we are currently not carrying out any activities on the property. Pan American continues to fulfil all its legal obligations to maintain the project’s legal title in good standing.

- Mineral resources were estimated using a cut-off grade of 0.3 grams of gold per tonne.
- Mineral resource estimates for Pico Machay were prepared under the supervision of, or were reviewed by, Martin Dupuis, P.Geo., and Martin G. Wafforn, P.Eng., who are Qualified Persons as that term is defined in NI 43-101.
