Our Strategy & Approach

Our Global Code of Ethical Conduct (our “Code”) and related policies provide the foundational tenets of ethical business practices, set corporate expectations for ourselves and our business partners, and lay the path for operational consistency in terms of responsibility and compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Our Code and policies provide guidance on core aspects of ethical business conduct, including conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality, political and charitable donations, as well as requirements on reporting actual or potential conflicts of interest or violations of this Code or other policies.

  • Whistleblower hotline allows directors, officers, and employees to report actual or potential breaches of the Code or Policy via phone or web, in English or Spanish, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
  • Supply chain due diligence system helps us screen and monitor both new and existing suppliers for compliance with our Supplier Code, as well as a range of risks

2023 Goals

  • Train 440 key employees on Anti-Corruption policy.
