programs & Initiatives

Our business success is enhanced by building trust with all our Communities of Interest.

We pursue this objective through open and inclusive dialogue, partnerships, and ethical and sustainable business practices throughout the mining lifecycle, and we strive to establish a positive legacy in the areas where we operate.

We work towards collaborating with local communities and Indigenous Peoples, whose contributions help us manage potential risks and impacts, identify opportunities, and develop programs that will deliver lasting and mutual benefits.
